My Favorite Things:
Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies. It is fun because of its creativity, and I just generally find the process of mixing, chopping, pan frying, or baking fun. Cooking is also challenging because you have to cook things to a certain temperature, or take very specific processes needing specific ingredients. Yet, it's also enjoyable finding ways to sub out these ingredients. Last, of all, its fun because, well, you get to eat!
A Special Memory:
I went to France in August last year, and it was one of my favorite trips. I went because of my Aunts wedding, which was in Nice. Before traveling for the wedding, I stayed in Paris. This trip was special becuase of the food, my family, and the memories I made while sightseeing.
